Join us on this trip and see so much more - in person.
#1 During Covid, CBN Network
produced a good series, visiting
important sites in Biblical Israel.
Enjoy this episode featuring the
beauty and significance of the
Galilee and the important area
of Jerusalem.
2. ...and then this one,taking
you to the site of Magdala,
home of one of Jesus' most
faithful and famous disciples,
Mary of Magdala (Magdalene).

#3 Memorial Day weekend,
Marilyn and I got to see "The
Hoppers" in person again.
They sang their powerful song,
"Jerusalem." With their kind
permission to use it here, turn
up your volume & click the 'play'
arrow. This collection of pics
was taken by my friend John
Samples. When it opens, click
the enlarge arrows (bottom right)
for a full-screen view.
This shows you a glimpse of
one of our tours in Israel.

"Footsteps of Jesus and More"

days touring Egypt in March! Click the "play" arrow to begin.

#4 This Israel overview features many
of the sites and scenes we experience.
Enjoy this vocal by Amick Byram.
Here are the lyrics...
"Ancient city walls,
Rich and fertile fields.
A place of past and present,
Where history is revealed.
Walk the paths of old,
A land beyond compare,
The shofar sounds the call
For people everywhere.
Israel, Israel, Eternal land of promise
Desire of my heart Israel, Israel, a
land that's like no other
Let all the earth proclaim.
That when you stand on Holy Ground
You'll never be the same."
#5 We provide a trip-specific packing list for our passengers, but you may enjoy this from a ladies' perspective. Susan Wright does a great job explaining "what to pack.."
Our tour in 2022 is in the warmer months as when she traveled there. You will want a light jacket for early mornings, and for the Passion Play evening.
#6 These pictures of Galilee show the beauty of this northern region of Israel. The Galilee was where Jesus based most of his 3 1/2 year ministry. This is the focus of the first portion of our tour. We often see abundant crops in the upper Galilee. In may ways, Israel is the "breadbasket" of Europe for vegetables and fruits.
#7 This worship song simply reminds me of how awesome God truly is. Indeed,
How Great is Our God."
As the name and presence of God resided in Jerusalem in Bible days, His greatness is displayed in our lives as His followers wherever we are - and in a special way, wherever we turn in Israel.
Enjoy this song from Jerusalem in lyrical Hebrew and English. "Gadol Adonai" = How Great is our God!
#7 This professional video by Imagine Tours and Travel gives an overview of the major areas we'll be visiting. Enjoy the beauty and experiences of the Land. They'll be your experiences too!
#8 One pilgrim's amateur video of his tour to Israel with his Preacher, and Imagine Tours. Fasten your seat belt for the fast pace, and his personal commentary along the way! Our pace will be a bit more relaxed. :)
#9 An overview of the Galilee region & Jerusalem, professionally produced by my friend John DeLancey. Enjoy a seventeen minute, intriguing look at places where Jesus walked during His ministry. We will visit many of these places on our upcoming tour. Thanks John for this great presentation.
#10 A slideshow of a Minister's trip to Israel that I led one January, prepared for our church family one evening. Turn up your volume first. With permission from "The Hoppers" you'll also enjoy the song 'Jerusalem!' Maybe you'll also see some familiar faces. You'll certainly enjoy visiting these places, as we all did!
[Hint; Cick the "expand" arrows on the bottom right corner to enlarge it to full-screen on your device.]
#5 Enjoy this "Biblical Tour of Israel" professionally produced by our travel partners, "Imagine Tours and Travel". They are a great company - the only one I use for these pilgrimages.
#6 A young man shoots some great footage from their high-energy trip to Israel. It's a fast and fun 15 minutes.
If you are considering joining us, it is interesting. If you've already been, it
is fun to recognize places where you
have been. This tour was also by
our partner, Imagine Tours and Travel.
#7 The IMAX movie "Jerusalem" was featured across North America several years ago. I saw it in Indianapolis. While the huge-screen film is great, actually being there in-person is truly an amazing experience. Touching those ancient stones, following the paths where prophets, apostles and Jesus Himself walked, doesn't compare to any other trip. Click the "play" arrow here to enjoy this brief intro to "Jerusalem," IMAX style!
#8 Good introductory videos of Egypt
are harder to come by than for Greece and Israel. I did find one from National Geographic that is just six minutes long but is exceptional. I hope you enjoy it. On our optional extension to Egypt, we'll see important sites in Cairo and Luxor in the Valley of the the Kings where King Tut's undisturbed tomb was discovered "recently" (in 1922) .
